Make Every Day A Sun Day - Autumn 2021

Ben Crocker

Of course, Sunraysia can help you glow and to make every day a Sun Day. But what else can you do to improve your health and well-being? Below are a series of tips that we feel can really make a difference to your life.

Social Exercise

It doesn’t need to be much, and it doesn’t need to be too serious, but getting out and exercising with other people really can help you glow! Whether it’s a simple walk up the street, a visit to the gym or just kicking the football around, exercising together is a fantastic way for everyone to feel great.

Self-Reflection

A big part of personal wellness is self-reflection. All too often, people don’t look inwards to the reality of how they are feeling. Some of the most important parts of self-reflection include rewarding yourself for good work, being kind but honest in your self-judgement and having realistic expectations; without this, people often end up in poorer situations and don’t glow!

Eating Healthy

Drinking Sunraysia fruit juice is a key part of your health and wellness routine, but it should always be coupled with a balanced diet, ensuring that your calorie intake is appropriate for your situation. Always drink plenty of water too, avoid toxins and artificial ingredients as much as possible.

Mental Fitness

Exercise and diet are both important to wellness, but mental fitness can be a make or break. You should always try to stimulate your brain through a variety of different activities, not just sitting and watching TV. Sudoku, board games, reading and conversation can all help to keep you sharp and glowing.

Work Smart, Not Hard

Especially with more of us working at home, small habits that we once took for granted in the office have fallen by the wayside. Take plenty of breaks from your desk and your computer screen and listen to your body for any signs of physical or mental fatigue to ensure you take breaks accordingly.
